Christina joined George Y. Yiangou LLC in 2019 and she holds the position of HR Manager, responsible for organising and managing the HR function. Before that Christina has worked at some of the biggest companies in Cyprus in the professional services and retail sector.

Christina is closely cooperating with the leadership to implement the HR Strategy and set up policies and procedures that fit the needs of the Company. She is also handling matters related to performance management, talent acquisition, training and development, employer branding as well as operational matters.

Due to her deep knowledge of the Employment Law, Christina has been appointed as an Assessor at the Employment Court of Cyprus.
