George Y. Yiangou LLC, providing legal services since 1981, is currently looking to hire a Corporate Lawyer for its offices in Nicosia.

Corporate Lawyer

Job Duties:

The successful candidate will join our Corporate and Commercial team, assisting client companies in navigating various legal corporate matters. This role will primarily involve:

• Advising clients on company incorporation and corporate governance matters
• Preparing and reviewing contracts, resolutions, powers of attorney, and other agreements
• Managing various elements of corporate transactions
• Issuing detailed legal opinions on corporate matters

Qualifications and Personal Characteristics:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
• Min 1-2 years of experience with Corporate and Commercial Law
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
• Ability to communicate clearly and properly with associates and clients
• Ability to work autonomously and independently
• Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
• High sense of confidentiality
• Teamwork spirit

Remuneration Package:

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive remuneration package including 13^th salary, private investment plan, coverage of cost of license for registered practicing advocates etc.
