George Y. Yiangou LLC, a law firm with more than 45 years of presence in the legal sector in Cyprus, is looking for a reliable, organised and professional individual for the position of PA & Office Administrator.
The successful candidate will provide personal, secretarial and administrative support, assisting with the daily organisation of the office and the effective coordination of professional and administrative duties.

Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Administrator.
- Relevant academic qualifications.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Very good computer literacy, including MS Office, Outlook and internet use.
- Critical thinking and ability to take initiative.
- Proactive mindset and positive attitude.
Working Hours
| Monday & Wednesday | 08:00 – 15:45 |
| Tuesday & Thursday | 08:00 – 18:00 |
| Friday | 08:00 – 15:00 |
