Annual Company Levy for 2021-Updates
On 21st of December 2021, the Department of Registrar of Companies, pursuant to the Section 391(5)(b) Cap.113, extends the deadline for payment of the Annual Levy by registered companies for the year 2021 to March 31, 2022 with no additional charge. The Annual Levy will be 350 EUROS for the financial year 2021till March 31,2022.
Payments of the Annual Levy for the years 2018 and on will be effected either through the JCCSMART website or at the Department’s cashier registry.
Payments for the previous years that is 2012 – 2017 will be made either at the Department’s cashier office or through the website of the Department of Registrar of Companies after first connecting to the Government Portal “Ariadne”.
