Zoe Andreou

Experience: 

Zoe has joined George Y. Yiangou LLC in 2022 as a Senior Associate and is a member of the Litigation Department.

Due to her many years of professional experience, Zoe has the ability to handle broad spectrum of cases, representing on a regular basis prominent clients of the firm, before any District or Administrative Court, as well in front of the Supreme Court.

Her main areas of expertise are both administration law with emphasis on immigration law and public procurement, along with civil litigation, as she has handled in her career  notable and complex cases from a broad spectrum of civil jurisdiction matters.

In the recent past, Ζoe was an arbitrator appointed by a domestic financial institution for a large number of cases, all of which have been completed with the issuance of an arbitral decision.

Furthermore, apart from working at various legal firms, for a period of almost 3 years Zoe had undertaken cases on behalf of the department of Legal Services of the Republic of Cyprus.

As of late, Zoe is handling cases in support of various export credit insurance companies and debt collection agencies for their collection requirements, acting as the plaintiff to the judicial collection stage.
